Facebook's oldest member and the world's oldest twittrare has died.
104-year-old Ivy Bean Hastings, the 5000 facebook friends and 56 300 followers on Twitter died quietly at his home.Ivy Bean kept in touch with the world of old people's home in Bradford.
In mid-July were her global network of contacts upset that Ivy had to be hospitalized because of jaundice.Just a few days ago was reported 104-year-old to be on the road to recovery before she died suddenly at noon July 27.
The staff at home, announced her death - on Twitter: "Hey Ivys Twitter Friends. By now you have probably heard about our dear friend. I can not describe how we all feel here, "the statement read.
Thousands followed the 104-year-old Ivy Bean on Facebook and Twitter before she died.
